Children's Mental Health Week 3rd - 9th February 2025

It’s Children’s Mental Health Week. This year’s theme is ‘Know Yourself, Grow Yourself’, which is about embracing self-awareness.

The Source website is supporting Children’s Mental Health Week with ‘How well do you know yourself?’ and ‘How well do you know your friend?’ quizzes to help youngsters explore self-awareness and build connections with others.
